Our full service planning package is for couples who want expert guidance, creative support, and calm confidence throughout the entire journey.

Partial Planning
Starting at $2,600
If you have already started the planning process, or just need some extra support on a few key items, this is the package for you. Each partial planning package is customized to meet your needs.
Day-of Coordination
Starting at $1,200
Contrary to the name, this service actually starts 1 month before your wedding! Day-of Coordinators are here to pull your dream event together and make sure the day goes off without a hitch. They are arguably the most important hire of your day and often required by venues (for good reason).
Day-of coordination includes

Planning meeting (1 month before) to review all details and contracts

Detailed wedding day timeline and distribution to all vendors

Direct management of all confirmed vendors

Point of contact for the wedding party and family throughout the day

Ceremony and reception walk-through to finalize decisions

Oversight of vendor arrivals, deliveries, and setup

Styling and placement of personal décor (guest book, signage, etc.)

Common Questions
What’s the difference between a full service planner and a day-of coordinator?
A full service planner helps you from start to finish—budgeting, vendor sourcing, timelines, design, and more. A day-of coordinator steps in about a month before your wedding to finalize details and make sure the day runs smoothly.
Do you offer custom packages or discounts?
We would love to work with you to make your day insanely special and memorable. If you are on a tight budget, but are still looking for extra support, please reach out. We may be able to create a discounted package that works well within your budget.
Are overnight accommodations required for my coordinator?
It depends on the event! As a rule of thumb, we do not require overnight accommodations for events within 1 hour (ish) of Nags Head, NC. If your event requires your planner or coordinator to be present later or earlier than usual, accommodations may be required for the safety of our team.
Is event design included?
Event design is included in our Full Planning package, and can be added onto other packages or purchased a la carte. From mood boards and stationary to layouts and linens—we have an eye for good design. Please reach out with any questions or to request a custom quote.
Do you source vendors?
Of course! We have a network of fantastic vendors that we can recommend based on your wants and overall vibe. However, if you have your eye on a certain vendor or want to hand select your own, we are absolutely happy to work with anyone and everyone.
How far in advance should we book?
For full-service planning, most couples book 10–18 months in advance. For day-of coordination, we recommend at 4 months’ notice at minimum to ensure availability and time to finalize logistics.
Do you travel for weddings?
Yes! While we’re based on the Outer Banks, we are open to travel for the right couples and locations. Travel fees may apply depending on the location.
Do you work with all couples?
Absolutely! We welcome and celebrate couples of all races, religions, orientations, and backgrounds.
